Observed three gallons of milk with a best by date of 10/17/25 at the base of operation. Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. Person in charge (PIC) discarded the gallons of milk.

Observed the main reach-in cooler with an ambient air temperature of 45F. Only drinks were inside the unit. Equipment shall be maintained in good repair and proper adjustment. Please have the unit serviced/repaired for the unit's ambient air temperature to be 41 F or below.

Observed the main reach-in cooler with an ambient air temperature of 45F. No food was in the unit. Equipment shall be maintained in good repair and proper adjustment. Please have the unit serviced/repaired for the unit's ambient air temperature to be 41 F or below.

Observed the main reach-in cooler with an ambient air temperature of 50F. No food was in the unit. Equipment shall be maintained in good repair and proper adjustment. PIC spoke to maintenance and will go out to repair unit so that it is holding below 41F before it goes into use.
