Observed Chicken and Dumpling soup (130F) below 135F inside the steam well. The Person in Charge (PIC) stated they were told to double pan the food item because the food item gets very hot inside the equipment. All hot-hold Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods must be 135F or above. Corrected on Site (COS): Food item discarded.

Observed the inspection report for August 13, 2025, posted on the drive-thru window. The previous inspection was done on January 27, 2026. Food service establishments with drive-thru windows have to post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window, allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection, and establishment information. Post today's inspection report at the drive-thru window.
