Several containers of cooked veggies were found stored past the disposal date marked. Cooked onions with mushrooms and tomato confit were due to be discarded on Oct 21 or Oct 23, but were at the bottom of the prep top unit. Coach the staff to discard items after 7 days every night. These were discarded.

Observed burrata cheese with a manufacturer's expiration date of 10/19/2025 stored in the salad prep unit. Time/temperature-controlled foods must be discarded upon the expiration date. The container was discarded. Coach staff to check dates daily.
