Observed a pink slime substance on the inside of the ice machine chute on the second floor. 511-6-2-.07(8) - Ice Supply If self-service ice is provided, then it shall be from an approved water supply. In all new tourist accommodations, and in existing tourist accommodations when machines are replaced, only automatic dispensing ice machines will be allowed. In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the use of existing self-service ice-storage bins may be continued, provided that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Observed a stained comforter in room 105. Also, observed hair on the bed sheets in room 208 and 312. 511-6-2-.14(6) - Bed, Bedding, and Linens Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Replace stained and dirty sheets with fresh new clean linens

Observed hair in the bathroom sinks in rooms 104, 107, 123, 125, 217, 321, and 325. 511-6-2-.08(4) - Toilet Facilities-Cleaning and Maintenance Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Clean inside of bathroom sinks as often as needed
