Observed debris inside the dresser drawer and fridge in room 107. Also, observed debris inside the chair cushion in room 233. Also, observed inoperable phones in rooms 140 and 143. 511-6-2-.14(5) - Condition of Furnishings All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Clean inside dresser drawers and fridges as often as necessary. Also, repair and/or replace inoperable phones in the rooms
