Observed the pump off when arrived. The pump is operating with a timer and was not scheduled to turn the pump on until early afternoon. A pool recirculation system must operate 24 hours per day and not use a timing device unless the timing device only reduces the flow by 25% and a full turnover is achieved prior to the pool being opened.
Rule .07(1) (c) Timing devices will be allowed for the purpose of turning down the circulation system
during times when a pool is not being used. Timing devices must be set to provide at
least one complete turnover immediately prior to the pool reopening.
Observed pressure gauge broken and not functional on the filter. Replace the pressure gauge.
Light is missing in the small pool area. The empty niche causes a hazard in the pool. Replace the light so there is not a hazard in the pool.

Both doors were propped open upon arrival. The main entrance was propped on the lock hasp. When it is moved the door then is stopped from closing by the pin at the bottom of the door striking the base plate. Once this door is fully closed, it will not re-open due to the pin at the bottom of the door getting stuck in the base plate because the push bar on the door dues not function properly. Repair this door and secure/remove hasp so the door will automatically close and latch every time. The rear door was propped open with on the pic at the bottom of the door hitting the base plate of the door frame. If the push bar is pushed the door will latch. Repair this door so that it will automatically close and latch.
Throw rope is missing from the life ring. Life ring needs a 24' rope attached. Attach 24' rope to life ring. Rope can not exceed 50'. The throw rope is in the pool area but not attached to the life ring. Keep rope attached to the life ring.
Observed float rope not in pool. Keep float rope in place across pool.
