Regulation: 511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i),(j) - temperature measuring device, manual warewashing; sanitizing solutions, testing device (pf)
Observed no chlorine test strips for sanitizer. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Purchase chlorine test strips.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c)
Observed employee drinks and food items being stored next to items used for customers inside the reach in cooler and reach in freezer. Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, use tobacco products and electronic devices shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. Relocate employee items so that they are away from items used for customers.
