Observed whipped butter that contains milk (48 F) inside the reach-in cooler above 41F. The ambient air temperature at 52F. Told the unit is constantly turning off due to a breaker issue. No record of temperatures this morning, indicating the unit was working properly before the inspection. All cold-hold Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods must be 41F or below. Corrected on Site (COS): Whipped butter discarded. Please have the breaker issue resolved, which allows the reach-in cooler to remain on at all times.

Person in charge could not provide documentation that the food handlers are aware of foodborne illnesses. Food employees and conditional employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report in accordance with the Chapter, to the person in charge, information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food. Have all food service read and sign an approve employee's health document.

Observed no paper towels at the handsink next to the tea maker. Handsinks shall have hand drying provisions at all times. Person in charge (PIC) put a new roll of paper towels in the dispenser.

Observed ice that someone had dumped in the handsink next to the biscuit making table. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Educate employees the use of handsinks.
