Observed whipped butter that contains milk (48 F) inside the reach-in cooler above 41F. The ambient air temperature at 52F. Told the unit is constantly turning off due to a breaker issue. No record of temperatures this morning, indicating the unit was working properly before the inspection. All cold-hold Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods must be 41F or below. Corrected on Site (COS): Whipped butter discarded. Please have the breaker issue resolved, which allows the reach-in cooler to remain on at all times.
