Observed no hand soap at the hand washing sink. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. Person in charge will placed hand soap at the hand sink.

Observed the hot water sanitizing dishwashing machine reaching 137F. Hot water mechanical operations by being cycled through equipment that is set up as specified under subsections (6)(e), (l), and (m) of this Rule and achieving a utensil surface temperature of 160ºF (71ºC) as measured by an irreversible registering temperature indicator. Person in charge will have the unit serviced. Use three compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize utensils.

Observed the interior baffle of the ice machine heavily soiled with a black and pink substance. Food contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned frequently to avoid contamination of food. Drain ice and wash, rinse, and sanitize the ice machine. Recommend repeating at least once a week.

Observed a large amount of fruit flies surrounding both soda nozzle guns. Pests shall be controlled/ eliminated by eliminating environments in which pests thrive in. Along with cleaning the soda guns and nozzles make sure that the device used to hold the gun gets cleaned daily to avoid fruit flies from being attracted to the sugar left behind from the soda syrups.
