The facility shall date mark ites by marking the date or day of preparation, with a procedure to discard the food on or before the last date or day by which the food must be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded. Date of preparation is day 1 and has to be sold or discarded by day 7. PIC states she will train employee on date marking and put the right dates on items since everything was made yesterday.
