Observed food particles inside the hand sink. The hand sink must be used for handwashing only. Clean sink and train staff to use hand sink for only handwashing. Correct by June 9, 2026.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
Observed no date label/marking on the rice containers explaining when the rice was prepared. Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods that are cooked must be date marked with either the prep date or the discard date to explain when the food item must be used within 7 days. The Person In Charge (PIC) date marked the rice containers with the correct prep date.
