Observed water dripping from condensed pipes onto food items inside the walk in cooler and walk in freezer. Food may not be stored in the following areas: Under leaking water lines, including leaking automatic fire sprinkler heads, or under lines on which water has condensed or under other sources of contamination. Have the units serviced. Employee relocated the food items from beneath the area.

Observed the employee making sandwiches on the prep line wearing a bracelet on each wrist. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. Person in charge (PIC) told employee to remove bracelets.

Observed several clean food containers wet stacked. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. Coach employees to allow clean containers to air-dry before stacking to be stored.

Observed the rear door self closure broken. Outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by:Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. Have slef closure repaired or replaced.

Observed an employee use the front handsink to wring out a santizer cloth and re-wet it. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. PIC educated employees on proper handsink usage procedures.

Observed no paper towels in the women's restroom. All handsinks shall be supplied with proper hand drying provisions like disposable paper towels and/or air hand drying machine. PIC replaced paper towels in the restroom.
