The employee was observed pouring a bucket of sanitizer into the handwashing sink. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Corrected on Site (COS). The employee was educated and immediately took the bucket to the dishwashing sink.

Observed a gallon of milk inside the front area reach-in cooler with a use-by date of August 26th. Today's date is August 28th. Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. Observed 0 ppm of chlorine sanitizer at the dish machine. The correct Parts Per Million (ppm) (50 ppm) of chlorine sanitizer solution must be at the dish machine to sanitize the equipment/utensils. Use the three-compartment sink to wash, rinse, and sanitize equipment/utensils until the dish machine is generating the correct ppm of chlorine sanitizer solution.
