Observed an unlabeled chemical spray bottle in the laundry. 511-6-2-.17(2) - Housekeeping Carts Any spray bottle used in cleaning a tourist room or stored on the housekeeping cart shall be labeled with its contents. Label all chemical spray bottles

Observed no current gas-fired equipment inspection on file. 511-6-2-.15(5) - Heating and Fire Safety-Inspection All gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority, if available. Have gas-fired equipment inspected by a licensed contractor or local fire authority

Observed debris under the sofa/chair cushions in rooms 123, 207, 320, 405, and 421. Also, observed debris inside the dresser drawers in rooms 207 and 421. 511-6-2-.14(5) - Condition of Furnishings All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Clean under sofa/chair cushions and inside dresser drawers as often as necessary

Observed debris under the pull-out couches in rooms 206, 218, and 223. 511-6-2-.14(1) - Floors, Walls, and Ceilings Floors, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean. Clean under the pull-out couches as often as necessary

Observed ventilation exhaust not functioning in rooms 214, 224, 313, 321, 411 and 422. Exhaust must operate properly to remove gasses from restrooms. Repair exhaust system
