Observed ready-to-eat (RTE) foods in walk-in cooler (WIC) not labeled with a discard date. Corrective action (CA): RTE foods held longer than 24 hours must be marked with a discard date that does not exceed 7 days, including the day of preparation. Discard date added to RTE foods during inspection.
