Observed front hand sink next to ice cream station with a water temperature at 74F. Corrective Action C(A): Person in Charge (PIC) instructed to ensure all hand sinks have a minimum temperature of 100F. PIC stated hot water to that sink was turned off, PIC turned on hot water and sink reaching proper temperature. COS.

Observed in use quaternary ammonia sanitizer in three compartment sink at 0PPM. CA: PIC instructed to ensure quaternary ammonia sanitizers are maintainer at 200-400ppm. PIC remade sanitizer using chlorine to 100ppm. COS.

Observed soda and tea nozzles on drive three and customer self service machine with build up of mold/debris. CA: PIC instructed to ensure nozzles are cleaned frequently enough to prevent mold growth. PIC removed nozzles and replaces with clean nozzles. COS. REPEAT.

Can opener attached to table in dry storage and container front drive thru ice scoop is held in, not clean to sight or touch. CA: PIC advised can opening is wash, rinse, and sanitized every 24 hours in use and all food contact surfaces are kept free of debris.
