Person in Charge (PIC) stated wiping cloths and spray bottle are used to clean dining tables. Corrective Action (CA): PIC instructed to use appropriate table sanitization methods by using a sanitizer spray bottle and paper towels or two sanitizer buckets with wiping cloths.

Observed expired quaternary ammonia test strips and no peroxide sanitizer test strips.
