Observed food handling staff preparing food items with unapproved jewelry (multiple and stone/engraved rings, bracelets, watches) on arms and wrists. Food handlers may only wear a single smooth metallic band type ring on arms or wrists.
Observed food handling staff wearing nail polish and nail extensions without proper use of gloves. Unless wearing gloves in good repair, a food employee may not wear fingernail polish or artificial fingernails when working with exposed food. Staff to utilize gloves in good reapir.

Observed actively used ice cream scoop in room temperature water in small metal bucket on top of small freezer. CA: PIC advised that ice cream scoop must be cleaned after each use or must be submerged in a dipper well for continuous use.
