Observed multiple time/temperature control for safety (TCS) items held in front reach-in cooler held above 41F. Corrective Action (CA): Person in Charge (PIC) instructed to ensure all TCS items are held at proper temperatures of 41F or below if held cold. PIC discarded items unable to be cooled. COS.

Observed Front Reach in Cooler currently incapable of holding temperatures of 41 F or below. CA: Person in Charge advised to call maintenance to fix or adjust unit, set the coolers to a lower temperature, or reduce the amount of times that cooler door is opened.

Observed food handling staff preparing food items while wearing watches. Food handlers may only wear a single smooth metallic band type ring while handling food. Watches removed. COS

No paper towels observed stocked at back hand sink. Corrective Action (CA): Person in Charge (PIC) instructed to ensure all hand sinks are stocked with paper towels.

Observed staff drinks in unapproved containers (open bottle and cup) within food prep and service areas. Staff drinks, if in food prep and service areas, must be in a single service cup with a lid and straw, and be located so as to not pose potential contamination to food and food contact surfaces. Unapproved drinks removed.

Current inspection posted behind counter and unreadable from customer side of counter. Post inspection at a point in public view that is with 15' of point of order, 5-7' off floor and at a location that customers may get within 1' to read. Post this inspection in suitable area of facility within 10 days of receipt.

Observed accumulations of debris on floors of walk-in cooler, under 3 door reach in cooler and under chemical storage shelves. Clean surfaces at a frequency to prevent accumulations. Correct by 2/6/24.
