Observed hand wash sink being used for other purposes and blocked with utensils and equipment. Ensure hand wash sinks are only utilized for hand washing purposes and are maintained clean and accessible. COS

Observed to go cup being used and reused as sugar scoop. DO not use or recuse single service items for food scoops. Utilize proper scoop with handle. Cup removed.

Observed fresh sugar cane being peeled and cut on wooden 6 x 6. Need to utilize an approved cutting board or chopping block to avoid foreign materials potentially getting into final product. 6 x 6 removed.
