Manager stated tables are sanitized using one bucket and reusable cloth. Corrective Action (CA): Person-in charge (PIC) instructed to use spay bottle and paper towels or two buckets method to sanitize dining tables. Observed bulk ice machine in kitchen with mold/debris build-up. CA: PIC instructed to clean ice machine at a frequency that prevents mold/debris build-up.
