Handwash sink lacking hot water. Please correct hot water valve issue

Hanging thermometers have been removed from holding units, replace ASAP.

Observed back door not closing properly allowing for rodent entry and found rodent droppings near the back door. Fix gap on door and increase rodenticide procedures.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips

No chemical test strips provided for 3 compartment sink nor sanitizer bucket. Get test strips.

Observed large gap under back door allowing for rodent entry. Place seal on door bottom to keep out pests.
