Observed coleslaw stored beyond 7 days (May 5th - June 6th). Food shall be stored 7 days with the prepared date as day 1. Practice first in, first out rule. Cole slaw was thrown out.

Observed missing light shield at the grill/fry station. All bulbs shall have protective shielding to prevent contamination
