Observed square plates located at waitress station still had old food build up on them. COS: PIC finished looking through stack of small square plates and moved all visibly soiled plates to the warewash area.

Observed cutting boards throughout the facility had deep scoring that is discolored and unable to clean. CA: Surfaces such as cutting blocks and boards that are subject to scratching and scoring shall be resurfaced if they can no longer be effectively cleaned and sanitized, or discarded if they cannot be resurfaced.
