Observed working container that was unlabeled in chemical storage area. COS: PIC labelled container with the common name of product. CA: PIC and employees will make sure to label all chemical solutions when placed in an empty working container.

511-6-1.07(6)(b) - Working Containers, Common Name (Pf) (b) Working Containers, Common Name. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.

Observed brown substance in ice machine. Spoke with PIC regarding cleaning ice machines as a food contact surface. Ice can come in contact with the interior must remain clean in order to prevent contamination of food. CA: Must drain and clean interior.

1. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed open dumpster on outside area. CA: keep dumpster covers closed when not in use. This is a repeat from last inspection.

1. Inside the food service establishment if the receptacles and units:

(i) Contain food residue and are not in continuous use; or

(ii) After they are filled; and

2. With tight-fitting lids or doors if kept outside the food service establishment.
