6-1A - proper cold holding temperatures
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(f) - time/temperature control for safety; cold holding (p)
-Observed multiple individual containers of Fat Free Chocolate Milk (51F/50F) and 1% Low fat milk stored in the reach in refrigerator in the drive thru area of the facility not cold holding at 41F or below. Ambient temperature in RIR was around 49F-51F. CA: All potentially hazardous cold held food items must be held at 41F or below. *COS, Milks were discarded upon request.
