Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
Observed several TCS foods kept more than 24 hours in the reach in cooler and the prep top cooler with no date marks. COS, PIC placed the correct date marks on the food items.
