Front sliding door coolers observed with heavy ice build-up and coolers being cold held at >41F. Ambient air was between 50F-53F. Have both cooler units serviced. COS, All unopened TCS (Dairy products) foods were removed from cooler upon request and opened cartons of Heavy Whipping Cream discarded by staff.
