Hand wash sink in main kitchen and front area (serving line) lacking soap. Main hand wash sink not in use due to clogged drain. Soap was added to dispenser of front hand wash sink. Main kitchen dispenser must be repaired. Send verification to Bernotta.Linder@dph.ga.gov once fixed.

Hand wash sink in back area near restroom and in dish room lacking paper towels. COS, Paper towels were added to both hand wash sinks by staff.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed ice machine metal baffle soiled with pink biofilm. Ice must be emptied then clean & sanitize ice machine. Send verification to Bernotta.Linder@dph.ga.gov within timely manner.
10D - food properly labeled; original container
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(8)(b) - expired foods (p)
Two container of diced tomatoes with use by date of 4/28/26 and 5/06/26 on shelf of walk-in cooler (WIC). Containers of diced tomatoes were discarded by staff.
11A - proper cooling methods used: adequate equipment for temperature control

Two metal containers of macaroni & cheese observed cooling with tight Saran wrapping in deep container >2". Containers of macaroni & cheese were loosely covered and placed in walk-in freezer to rapid cool upon request by staff.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Meat prep sink left compartment still has leak per staff and not in-use. Observed clogged floor drain when using main hand wash sink. Plumber has been called out to service issues and should arrive later this afternoon around 2PM per upper management, Paul. Notify Bernotta.Linder@dph.ga.gov once plumbing issues have been resolved completely.
