Observed Rodent feces on shelves in laundry room.

Live roach observed in dresser in room 118.

Many box springs and mattress need to be replaced. Old, ripped opened and stained. Old broken furniture needs to be replaced. For example, see room 118 box springs

Replace box springs in room 118 they are heavily stained and ripped opened

Rm 216: Check ALL rooms for stained pillows and be sheets. Discard if they cannot be properly cleaned so that stains are removed. Linins must be changed between each guest

Most recent inspection reports must be posted for public viewing

Room 118's restroom shower/tub floor and wall paint is flaking and chipping off into tub

Laundry room needs to be better sealed to remove all access by outside rodents

Rooms need to be further check after marked clean by house keeper. Rooms 118 both the microwave and refrigerator need to be cleaned (soiled with food debris). Room 223 needs a good cleaning (grim build up on floors and walls)

Laundry room needs to be rebuilt or refurbished. Verify that drain is draining properly, some standing water was noted in a low spot beside it
