2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
-Observed handwash sink with pan on top of it and also dumped food debris in bottom of hand wash sink. -CA- Hand wash sinks shall be used only for washing hands. -COS, manager cleaned the sink and removed the pan.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
-Observed scoop in walk in cooler with handle of scoop stored in food product. -CA- scoop handles shall be stored out of food products. -COS, manager placed the scoop on top of the container and educated employees on proper scoop storage.
