Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Dish machine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength upon testing. Sanitizer solution in bucket was real low; PIC changed out for new solution. Rechecked and sanitizer registered.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean

Observed food debris accumulated on kitchen floor throughout and under cooking/holding equipment. Please detail clean throughout kitchen and send pictures of cleaning to Bernotta.Linder@dph.ga.gov
