4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
-Observed bottom of cutting board in drive thru area of facility with moldy debris. Standing water was observed underneath cutting board. Was noted previous inspection. -Observed lemon/lime wedger with lemon/lime debris inside stored on prep shelf next to 3 compartment sink. Was noted previous inspection. *CA: All food contact surfaces must be stored as clean and free from accumulations. *COS, Wedger and cutting board was taken to 3 compartment sink, washed, rinsed and sanitized upon request.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
-Observed disconnected pipe at prep sink in rear kitchen area of the facility near the 3 compartment sink. Drain for sink also had clog. -Observed disconnected pipe at 3 compartment sink in the rear kitchen area of the facility -Observed leaky sprayer nozzle at 3 compartment sink in the rear kitchen area of the facility. CA: All plumbing fixtures must be in good repair and waste water must be disposed of properly. *CTM, Have pipes reconnected, drain unclog, and sprayer nozzle fixed and send documentation to Kristen.Tyler@dph.ga.gov within 72hrs.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - equipment, food/nonfood-contact surfaces, and utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (c)
-Observed fan guards in walk in cooler in the rear kitchen area of the facility with dusty accumulations and debris. -Observed fan guards of rear in cooler next to grill area of the facility with large accumulations of dust and debris. *CA: All non food contact surfaces must be cleaned from accumulations and build up. *CTM, Clean fan guards and fan guards in reach in refrigerator and send documentation to Kristen.Tyler@dph.ga.gov within 72hrs.
