-Observed hand wash sink at bar area with food residue that had been dumped in the sink. -CA- Hand wash sinks shall be used for no other purpose than washing hands. -COS, manager cleaned sink and informed employees to only use hand washing sink for washing hands.

-Observed dicer with food residue left on the blades stored in a clean place. -CA- All food contact equipment shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized of any food residue. -COS, manager placed dicer in 3 compartment sink to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized.

-Observed container of rice, container of sugar, and container of coconut shavings without covers in the pantry area in back of kitchen. -COS, containers were covered by manager.
-Observed ice bin in bar area with no cover over the ice. -COS, manager covered ice with lid of bin.

-Walk in freezer in facility is not at proper freezing temperature. Freezer has not been functioning correctly for approximately 4-5 days. Food was moved to reach in cooler as a corrective action. All TCS foods were under 41F Food shall be used by the end of day tomorrow (7 days). CTM- Documentation of receipt of repair is to be sent to the Health Department within 72 hours and a picture of a thermometer with proper freezing temperature shall be sent to jacob.danforth@dph.ga.gov. Until then, no TCS food may be stored in the freezer.
