14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(g)2 - kitchen and tableware, properly handled to protect food-/lip-contact surfaces (c)
Observed several stored utensils (spoons, scoops, etc) with dried food and physical debris. Observed accumulation of food and physical debris on one can open mount and one tabletop can opener. CA: all utensils and equipment must be cleaned as often as necessary and protected from contamination when not is use. COS: all utensils and equipment cleaned and sanitized.
