Observed Food Manager Certification displayed with an expiration date of 7/14/2025. CA: all facilities must have a Certified Food Protection Manager with a valid certificate. Owner will get recertified and send a copy of the certificate to the EH office.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - equipment, food/nonfood-contact surfaces, and utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (c)
Observed food debris accumulated in equipment throughout the facility, on shelves of dish pit, and on handles of cooking pans in main kitchen. CA: all nonfood contact surfaces must be cleaned as often as necessary to prevent debris accumulation.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed the dump sink in the main kitchen dish pit to have a slow leak at the faucet. Observed the downstairs dining area bar hand sink to have a disconnected line underneath. CA: all sinks in a facility must be maintained to adequately provide water and shall be in good condition.
