Observed the flowmeter to be not functioning properly upon arrival. Owner was able to get it to read with some service, but flowmeter is mounted on pipe backwards. Flowmeter cannot be properly read without taking a photo from behind the pipe. Work order submitted for service.

Latch on gate broken and gate not secured by other means. Pool closed and gated zip-tied shut until latch replaced. Work order in and new latch coming.

Regulation: 511-3-5-.22(12) - (12) a safety self-inspection shall be conducted daily by the trained operator or responsible person and documented on a log sheet.
Disinfectant and pH levels should be tested at least once daily, and record of that testing must be kept on-site. If disinfectant or pH levels are too low or too high, the pool must be closed immediately for safety.
