Observed inconsistent chemical parameter checks documented a log. Facility uses an electronic logging system and CPO uses a paper on a clipboard in the pump room. Two logs together do not show a cohesive history of parameter monitoring. An onsite staff member must be responsible for checking at a minimum chlorine and pH daily and documenting findings on days that CPO is not onsite.

Observed chlorine concentration to be 0 ppm. Upon inspection of the chemical log maintained by the facility, chlorine was noted to be 0 ppm today by staff and 0 ppm on 2/16. No chemical parameter checks were performed between 2/16 and today.

Observed inconsistent chemical parameter checks documented in log. For example, only log entries for February are 2nd, 6th, 9th, 13th, 16th, and 20th. Daily chemical checks must be documented. An onsite staff member must be responsible for checking at a minimum chlorine and pH daily and documenting.

Observed the facility with a detailed log of chemical parameter testing every two days. The chlorine concentration and pH MUST be monitored daily. If chlorine concentration is not between 1-10 ppm and/or if pH is not between 7.2-7.8 than the pool must be closed immediately.
