OBSERVED ALL 4 MICROWAVES NEEDING TO HAVE A GOOD CLEANING ON THE OUTSDIE DUE TO BEING STCKY. CA: INCREASE DAILY CLEANING. COS: EMPOYEE CLEANED ALL 4 MICROWAVES.

OBSERVED THE CEILING FAN & FAN ON TABLE NEAR FRYERS NEEDING TO BE CLEANED OF DUST TO SIGHT & TOUCH. CA: FANS NEED TO BE FULLY CLEANED TO SIGHT & TOUCH ASAP DUE TO THEM BEING IN FOOD/FOOD PREP AREAS.
