Observed no employee with Serv Safe Certification on duty or at store. C/A - have an employee obtain Serv Safe Certification in 30 days.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed red buildup in ide machine. C/A - regularly clean to prevent build up COS - manager cleaned ice machine.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
OBSERVED SEVERAL KITCHEN AIRVENTS WITH RUST AND MILDDEW. CA: CLEAN TO SIGHT AND TOUCH OR REPLACE IF NEEDED.

Observed drink fountain, reach in cooler, warmer, and pass through warmer not working. C/A - repair/replace all non-working equipment.

Observed employee phone at drive thru and employee drink hidden in cookies in walk in cooler. C/A - keep all employee items in designated employee area.
