Observed a wet wiping cloth stored on the outside of the bucket on the stainless-steel table, ontainers of chemical sanitizing solutions in which wet wiping cloths are held between uses shall be stored off the floor and used in a manner that prevents contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, COS The manager will place the cloth in the bucket correctly between usage.

Observed a opening under the middle of the backdoor, outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by: iii) Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. The manager will have the opening fixed by maintenance by 3/1/26
