Observed the bathroom not having a handwash sign posted for employees. CA: A handwash sign must be posted telling employees to wash hands after using the bathroom. CO: EHS will recheck within 72 hrs for compliance.

Observed a plastic plate being used as a scoop in the chicken in the walk-in cooler. CA: All scoops must be in compliance and have the handle above the food at all times. PIC had the item corrected on site.

Food employee was observed not drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is to be handled to prevent contamination of the employee's hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles. CA: Employee shall drink from a single service cup with a secure lid and straw to prevent contamination of employee's hands. COS PIC had employee pour the "monster" drink into a cup and put a lid and straw on the employee cup and drink only in designated area.

Observed handwash sink with pots inside the sink basin which is located by the 3-c sink area. CA: Handwash sink may not be used for any other purpose than handwashing. COS PIC had pots removed from handwash sink to the 3-c sink and then had handwash sink sanitized.

Observed bathroom door lock not properly working in the bar area which prevents the door from closing properly. CA: Bathroom doors must be kept closed and properly repaired at all times. COS: PIC will have bathroom door lock repaired by 11-3-2024

Observed expired Food Manager Certification. CA: CFSM will sign up for class before the 30-day period.
