Observed a black stain on the ice machine drip plate, and the inner surface shall be cleaned and sanitized frequently to prevent stain build-up or mold-like substance accumulation. The ice machine shall be serviced, cleaned, and sanitized by 11/07/2025. The person in charge was informed.
