Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed the ice chute of the dining drink machine with a heavy buildup of moldlike substance. Corrective action (CA) drink nozzle and ice chute shall be cleaned and sanitized frequently to prevent the buildup of mold. The ice chute must be cleaned by 09/04/2025 or shall be replaced.
