Observed the Quaternary ammonium (QUART) sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. The concentration observed was 500ppm. Corrective action: QUART sanitizer shall have a concentration between 150-400ppm. Person in charge was informed to dilute sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink to the optimal concentration off 200ppm with water and get the sanitizer dispenser service.
