Cooler located in main lobby was not holding a temperature of 41 or lower. The ambient temperature was 46F. Owner states she put 9 cups of yogurt and 12 prepacked sausage sandwiches in this cooler since 6am. All aformentioned items discarded

Light visible around exterior door in room 119 and 107. Room 119 also had a broken door lock
