The mechanical dish machine measured 0ppm chlorine at the time of measurement. The inspector noted that dishes were actively being washed at the time of measurement
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
The following items stored over 24 hours within the vegan stand-up cooler were not date marked: vegan pasta salad and vegan potato salad. Both items were discarded.
18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present

Several flies were observed near the interior kitchen entrance.

Test strips for the vegetable wash used were not available at time of the inspection.
