Observed several employee drinks throughout the main kitchen. One employee drink was located next to the biscuit making section. Drinks should be below or away from food preparation areas.

Observed a metal pan containing medicine and personal use items under the grill area. Please make sure personal items are away from food preparation areas.

Observed heavy buildup of food debris on equipment such as a mixer, pots, and utensil handles. Please establish a routine cleaning schedule to avoid heavy accumulation on equipment.
