Observed handwashing sink in the main kitchen lacking hot water. Observed hot water not dispensing; only cold water was dispensing at 57 degrees F. Person in charge stated the hot water faucet handle is stripped. A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 85ºF (29.4 ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Facility must correct violation within 10 calendar days.

Observed facility with an expired CFSM certificate. Observed CFSM certificate for Mary Tisdel with an expiration date on 06/25/2024. Food service establishments shall have in its employ a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) as specified in paragraph (b) of this subsection to ensure food safety is being managed within the food service establishment during all hours of operation as specified within paragraph (d) of this subsection. Violation must be corrected within 10 calendar days.

Observed facility with an expired CFSM certificate for Mary Tisdel posted in the food service establishment. A CFSM certificate which has expired, been revoked or suspended shall not be posted in the food service establishment. Person in charge removed expired CFSM certificate.
