1-2B - certified food protection manager
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(3)(a) - food safety manager certification (pf)
Observed facility without a current CFSM in its employ. Observed certificate for food safety handler only. Food service establishments shall have in its employ a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) as specified in paragraph (b) of this subsection to ensure food safety is being managed within the food service establishment during all hours of operation as specified within paragraph (d) of this subsection. Must correct violation within 10 calendar days. Person in charge stated they would email a copy of the CFSM registration once received.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed drink machine nozzles with black residue buildup. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Drink machine nozzles were removed and placed in warewashing area for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing.
